We process your data only for legitimate employment and workforce purposes, including:

Verifying employee attendance securely.

Managing teams, shifts, schedules, and holiday policies.

Generating timesheets and reports for employers.

Ensuring system security and fraud prevention.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

• Your Employer: For attendance and workforce management.
• Facekey (or your authentication service): For biometric authentication (face recognition).
• Service Providers: For system hosting, analytics, and security, under strict confidentiality agreements.
• We never sell or rent personal information to marketers.

• We use industry-standard security practices, including:
• Encrypted transmission of data between devices, terminals, and servers.
• Regular audits and monitoring for fraud or tampering.

• Attendance records are retained according to your employer’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Biometric data is processed by Facekey (or your authentication service) for authentication and is not permanently stored by Clockgate.
• Logs and error reports are retained only as long as necessary for troubleshooting.
